A great design is a key part of a great build. David's education as an architectural technologist, coupled with his previous construction experience, create a platform from which to develop a design based on his clients lifestyle and taste.

With the aid of specialized software, he provides virtual tours through all phases of the design and loves making his clients dream become reality. Once the design is complete, David uses his technical abilities to provide the fully detailed blueprints to ensure a smooth build.

Once he has nailed that epic house design he can be found navigating the rushing waters of the Churchill River on his annual family canoe trip.
